RETURNS: Due to the nature of the product we sell, returns are permitted only if item is unused, undamaged and in the same condition as received. Tags must be attached to the all item. Because of Health Codes and Regulations: Panties, thongs, bodystockings, teddies and any product which contains a panty may not be returned or exchanged. unless it is a manufacturers error. These are kept to a minimum by having our staff inspect every garment before it is packaged for delivery. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

SIZING:
We include a Size Chart on Sizing Page . The sizing chart is used as a guide only, when in doubt measure to be sure or order the next size larger. Sizing is an important factor when ordering lingerie as no two styles of garment fit the same. As rule of thumb chemises and baby dolls will fit loosely compared to teddies, body stockings and corsets which tend to be more form fitting. The type of material can also indicate an item to be more form fitting as in stretch lace or spandex type materials.
SHIPPING:
We use Federal Express, UPS and United States Postal Service. We do not guarantee delivery on any item sent through any mode of delivery service. Although insurance is not mandatory on any of our purchases, it is recommended.
